TCH is an automatic machine used to place nailheads with prongs.

This machine is highly productive, you only have one manual operation (putting in and taking out the material where the nailheads are applied).

Now you don't need an operator to be on the machine. It can be combined to control several machines at the same time.

We emphasize the high quality precision of this machine in very elaborate drawings, it always repeats the same pattern.

You can create all the drawings/designs that you need so your imagination is the limit.

TCH detects the lack of nailheads and stops automatically in order to not damage the material.

The perfect setting of the nailheads with prongs provides a soft touch ready to be applied.

Produce your designs in minutes and send them to the GEMfix machine and embroidery machine simultaneously, greatly reducing production times.
Open embroidery files (.dst) and easily combine embroidery with rhinestones.
Easily import vector files (cdr, ai, dxf, eps, dts, ...) directly into GEM by Pulse while preserving both vector points and colors of the original file.
Select one segment and decide whether to just add stones to the line or fill the entire area of the vector.
