What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers parts of the equipment with origin defects.
How we proceed during warranty period?
GEMfix will replace or repair the defective parts, as soon as it is proved that the part have an origin defect.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Mechanical Physical Goods purchased from GEMfix is 2 Years from the date of purchase.
The Warranty Period for Electrical and Electronic Physical Goods purchased from GEMfix is 1 Year from the date of purchase.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage in equipments caused by: bad installation or bad environmental conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modifications.
