Our machines are very simple to use.
They are shipped with user manual, installation requirements and troubleshooting guide.
Despite this, Its up to the costumer to decide if he wants to startup the machine by it self, or if he needs our help on installation and training.
From our side we are always available to install , test and teach the costumer on all the aspects of the machine and all the related issues.
In most cases we advice a trip from one of our technicians to the costumers factory once you get our machine.
