Q: What type of pears can I use in the GEMfix machines?

• You can use pearls with 4mm up to 10mm.

 

Q: What is the difference between the automatic and semi-automatic machines?

• The automatic machine makes a previous made design. You create it in the computer and the machine will reproduce it automatically.
  

• The semi-automatic machine, doesn't load any design. You have to secure the piece and click to apply every pearl.

 

Q: What is the maintenance like on the GEMfix machine?

• The maintenance of the machine is basically to keep the machine clean and lubrificate the needs points.

• There are also some air filters that should be cleaned regularly.

   

Q: How long does it take for an average design to finish once I press the START button?

• The semi-automatic machine can apply up to 150 pearls per minute, while the automatic machine can apply up to 200 pearls per minute.
